Nearby restaurants and shops and nothing to do with hotel.
BED was immediately next to window and cold in winter, the hotel designer needed to go back to design school. NO heating from central Aircon and needed to ask for standalone heater from front desk. NO daily bottled water in room was the hotel standard and had to buy bottled water from hotel vending machine everyday. NO foldable stand or place to place luggage. NO desk. NO gym. TV was installed on wall at left side of bed instead of directly opposite the bed and had to lie on my left side to watch tv and uncomfortable. BLACKOUT curtain used as shower curtain. HIGH toilet floor and had to be careful entering and exiting toilet, again hotel designer needed to go back to school. 16TH century teacups for 21st century traveller, why did the hotel bother to provide electric kettle???!!! may as well provide fire wood and stove to boil water. INCONSISTENT housekeeping due to bad housekeeping rules. A Good for Nothing hotel.

Location is rather near Tenjin station. There is a breakfast buffet option available at the restaurant next to the lobby which has a nice spread. You can walk to the Yatai stores from here in the evening.

Great location. Close to train and subway stations, restaurants, department stores and shops
They charged too much. I understand it is dependent on the location, time and demand, but they charged more than $200 (30000 yen)for the simple single bed room (in my opinion, worth less than $100 ) It is a simple business hotel. Beside, their BF buffet was below average. I would recommend to have a plan without BF BUFFET and get breakfast somewhere else nearby. Because of excellence location, you should be able to find good BF place nearby. Staff were excellent.

Very close to Tenjin West Exit 1 and Mina mall on the quiet part of Tenjin. Very small room and bathroom. Good claypot rice combinations, decent breakfast.
No telephone inside the room, you gotta step out near elevator area. Kinda off the vibrant part of Tenjin away from shopping and multiple restaurants

The hotel is extremely clean and smells nice. The room may be a little bit small but it is very clean and female-friendly. There are laundry machines, ice machine and a small lounge for hanging out. The breakfast is diverse and delicious!

This was a really nice hotel, in a great location. It’s very close to the subway line, walking distance to walk along the water and some good food and shopping around. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was very good and the TV was nice and big. Highly recommend!!

The precheck in procedure was nice - it made check in really fast. Free Coffee in the 3rd floor lounge. Near Uniqlo, GU, Loft and Muji. Aeon Mall had a big Daiso and good grocery. I liked the option for clean towels everyday but no one entered your room.
The location is not in the midst of the central shopping area of tenjin. For reference, the hotel is closest to 1 chikigai. It is still not far but most restaurants and shopping are at about 7 chikigai. It is very close to shin shin ramen though. Compared to other Japanese hotels, this one did not have facial cleaner, cotton pads for guests. Amenities were only shower caps, toothbrushes, cotton buds. No free water in the room either but there's a lounge on the 3rd floor with free coffee. The room (stayed in a double) was small (even for japanese standards), had only 1 pillow per person though you can request for another one subject to availability (unfortunately, none available at that time). At check out time, i asked to leave the luggage in the luggage holding area and the staff said ok but they would not be responsible for it.

Located heart of Tenjin. Easy to walk anywhere. Restaurants everywhere. Good value breakfast across street. With voucher only 1000 yen for tasty breakfast

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy. Small, but that's to be expected.
There was no bar/restaurant, but plenty of eateries nearby. The air-conditioning on the second night was very hot and we were told it couldn't be changed, so we turned it off and slept with the window open, which was a bit noisy because it was Friday night.
