Staff attitude, price and location which is near maizuru Park during sakura period.
The toilet room is kind of cramped and highly elevated from the room's floor which may cause accident while going in or out the toilet.

Polite and helpful staff. Excellent location near shopping building with Muji, Uniqlo, Aeon, Daiso, Seria, Volks hobby, Shin Shin ramen. Close to church for Sunday Mass and a small supermarket nearby as well. About 8 mins to Tenjin subway station. There are 2 sets of breakfast to chose from, Japanese or Continental cuisine, with good quality.

 I can't see the view from my room window there is no clock in the room The step between the toilet and the room is too high and dangerous no laundry bag I wish the hotel restaurant was open on Sundays
