Cleanliness
Breakfast didnot have any vegetarian options. If the hotel wants to attract interantional guests, should consider atleast 1-2 vegetarian items especially Indian/Asian veg. Rooms are very small and difficult to move and considering the cost, bit more expensive.

The rooms are compact and efficient.. all you need are within reach and all are good
There is the one girl at the breakfast buffet .. thick short black hair EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY.. has an angry face .. raised her voice at us . We were returning the breakfast trays at the return tray counter .. all the instructions were in Japanese .. my son was reading those instructions and trying to figure which is which . She went to us from behind and spoke in a very fast and aggressive tone and raised her voice angrily saying RETURN THE TRAY!!!!! What a SHOCK .. we are all decent people here paying for our stay and this is the way she treats us ! As to why they would want to employ a welcoming rude emitting negative vibes worker to the breakfast place called PRONTO .. am sorry I have to say that she should not be hired . Our stay in Japan totalling 2 weeks sleeping in many hotels .. having breakfast at many hotels .. BY FAR SHE HAS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE HORRIBLE PERSON that we ever encountered in the many years we have returning to Japan so better eat in a nice cozy cafe nearby than to face that person ???

Comfortable, surprisingly large rooms for the price and location. Good service.

Location is btw Tenjin and Akasaka station , but I will chose to exit via akasaka station as is nearer but need to climb stairs which can be bad if you have big and heavy luggage. Room is clean and well maintained, with subway is easy to travel with Fukuoka city. Breakfast is simple with toast and scrambled eggs but is delicious with decent coffee anyway you will want to save stomach space for other delicious Japanese cuisine

Comfy bed, clean bathroom, complimentary breakfast was quite good and substantial, easy self check-in, great location for activities in Tenjin.
Due to a sumo wrestling competition and weekend rates, the room was more than I would have liked to have paid. Couldn't open window in room (for safety reasons) and fixed ac so felt a bit stuffy.
