I liked the bath tub. It is small but deep. I enjoyed soaking in it after a long day of walking. Also the location was excellent as it is just a few minutes.walk to the Hakata station.for the shinkansen and subway trains.

Wonderful
Location was perfect for a late arrival at Hakata Station, and to get to our car rental the following day. The room and laundry facilities were perfect for what we needed, and was a great value for a quick overnight.

Staff is very attentive and helpful. They were quick to address any of our concerns. Location is right next to Hakata station so super convenient. The corner room we reserved was very spacious and had room to fit 4 large suitcases (plus various bags) as we neared the end of our trip. The parking garage was a little expensive IMO but very convenient. The check-in and check-out process were both very quick and smooth.
No complaints besides the pricing of the parking for one night which was 2300 yen.

Walkable from Hakata Station (east exit or Chikushiguchi exit), quite spacious for solo traveler with cabin luggage, hotel amenities were quite exhaustive, seamless check in, and the check out time is at 12.00 (most hotels 10.00).
Can’t think of what I don’t like because I only stayed for 8 hours.
