Wonderful
Convenient! The hotel is so close to Hakata train station and the bus terminal. A ton of shops and restaurants in/around the station. In addition, there is a convenient store in the hotel! The hotel is modern, new, and clean. We were pleased.

The accommodation is nice, that is why I am sad to leave a negative review but the Hotel refuses to provide me with an official invoice for my stay because I prepaid the accommodation via booking.com - It is, however, their legal duty based on their legal contract with booking.com to provide customers with the official invoice even if it accommodation is pre-paid. We are now in the ongoing communication, but they are repeatedly refusing to provide me with the invoice for my paid stay. As I was on a business trip, this is really a big problem for any business traveller and that is why I want to warn other fellow travellers who need the official invoice and not only the receipt from booking claiming it cannot be used for VAT purposes. I hope this review recheases the management and I will be more than happy to update it when I receive the official invoice.

The room was bigger than anticipated and easy to use. I like that there is a focus on sustainability, and that even without letting the entire room be cleaned, new towels were delivered each morning.
As I was travelling for work, I specifically requested a receipt that stated the company's name and had a detailed breakdown of the price to be delivered/handed out at check-in. When I checked in however, I was told to use a check-in machine (which was luckily available in English) but this didn't allow for an official receipt.
