This hotel is very centrally located close to the old town and the port. Very clean apartment and facilities with everything you could need. Rooms were a nice size for one person with little excess space (normal in Japanese standards).
The walk into the hotel is not super well labelled but this is not their fault but just due to their location on the water.

Extremely polite and helpful staff with an excellent level of English - although they did let me practice my Japanese! Location was very good for the price. Bed was comfortable. Very clean.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to tenjin and canal city. Ichiran flagship store is just nearby.
The rooms are small and tight though this is expected for this price point.

Found the bed hard and the pillow, well I did think I was sleeping on a rock. Fix the problem the next day.

Sometimes it was a bit tricky to find the entrance but it’s doable.
