Disappointing
The room itself had plenty of space, which was a plus, and the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around.
Outdated Annex: We stayed in the hotel's annex building, which feels quite old, worn out, and is desperately in need of renovation. Broken mini-fridge: The refrigerator in our room was plugged in and running, but it didn't cool anything at all. Poor soundproofing: You can constantly hear a loud ventilation noise that is impossible to turn off. It made it hard to get a peaceful night's sleep. Filthy carpet: The carpet was so dirty that we couldn’t walk on it without wearing slippers. Inconvenient laundry facilities: The laundry room only has two old washers and two old dryers. Because they are separate machines, you have to be around to transfer your clothes, meaning you can't leave the hotel for long while doing laundry. (Not a dealbreaker, but definitely a hassle).

room - spacious enough and comfortable beds and amenities inside the room. daily water supply is a big plus for family travels. breakfast - generous and varied choices. we love japanese breakfast "bento" style. coffee was good...the cafe in the lobby was a lovely perk. location - excellent choice for us who loves to walk to and from the subways; an exercise while on vacation while basking over an amazing spring weather.
initially the AC in the room was not optimum but cooling went well after the 1st night

Very Good
Location was nice, it was a 5 mins bus ride or 20 minute walk to the train station. Lots of food and a supermarket nearby. Room was cleaned everyday and it was well kept.

Location near by the bus stop. Friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent.
First they gave me a room without air and heating. I complained and they moved me to the new building. There are 2 building the main is well renovated but the Annex was a mess. No air conditioning during the 70 degrees when I visited it's a Sakura blossoms and it rains a lot for the week. No heat and cold air is frustrating!

A comfortable and convenient business hotel with no major issues. While it’s a bit away from the main Hakata and Tenjin areas, the access is excellent as there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It’s a fantastic choice for anyone with business in the Yakuin area.

Realistically, this hotel is better for business travelers than for leisure, but was still good for the cost. The room is pretty comfortable and gave slightly more space compared to typical business hotels.
Subway seemed farther than expected than advertised due to crosswalk and closest entrance being below a business building. The location uses bus for public transit for navigation more often than trains, which can be tricky if you're not used to this.

The check-in staff were very friendly . The breakfast was exceptional as well the service at the breakfast was amazing .
The room needed a renovation . The lampshade was stained and the rug was worn . It was out of the way somewhat to the shopping and train station . It was walkable but many hotels were closer .

Wonderful
Best breakfast we've ever had at a Japanese hotel - fabulous. Room was big and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and kind. Would love to stay there again.
