Best breakfast we've ever had at a Japanese hotel - fabulous. Room was big and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and kind. Would love to stay there again.

The room is spacious and clean, offering great value for the price. There is more than enough space for two adults, two kids, and four pieces of luggage.
There is no laundry machines at the old building.

The hotel room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were super helpful and made sure we received our takubin delivery. The coffee shop at reception also served the best matchas and lattes!

The location was ok and the staff was very kind and helpful.
The bed and bathroom were not that comfortable, the carpets were old and stained and only the main light in the room worked. Hotel rooms definitely need some updating.
