The location was very convenient, as it was close to the main train station. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The bed was not very wide, but very comfortable. We were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend.

Very near to the Hakata train station Shinkansen and the staff very nice and helpful, also bed was comfy. Note: I forgot my Laptop in the room that I stayed and they securely hold it for me until I went back and get it. Very professional and helpful staff.

Breakfast was good value for money and location is very nice, close to station and food, shops and other places, right in the center of town. One thing worth noting is, if you're driving, parking can be expensive!! Staff were ultra polite and helpful.
Parking was expensive and no clothes storage in room.

The reception and restaurant staff were all helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the Japanese breakfast, the room was clean and the hotel is in a very convenient location being so close to the train station.
