The room was very small for 1 person let alone that we were a couple. The room does now suit a couple with suitcases.

Great location! Walkable to many tourist attractions and shopping districts. Comfortable bed, good sized washroom, large windows, adequate amenities. Convenience store attached to the building below. Would return!
Rooms facing the main road in front can be loud as traffic noise can enter. But this is usually not a problem as its usually quiet by 10pm.

We booked a Standard Twin Nonsmoking including breakfast and late checkout. Our room on 6th flr had a good view of the street yet was quiet. Room was well designed and spacious enough for two. Nice bathroom/tub/shower though limited counter space in bathroom. Though no daily cleaning included, they provided fresh towels and water each day which was perfect! Easy walk to many attractions and subway and 7Eleven downstairs. Appreciated the laundry facility and that you could use the TV to check on your laundry. It does take two full hours for the combination wash/dry. Staff kindly stored our luggage after checkout and called a taxi for us when we left for the airport.
I don't recommend paying for an included breakfast. There is not much variety and staff came out to the small buffet area and restocked some items directly from packages - so it was obvious it wasn't freshly baked or prepared. We ate breakfast elsewhere on our second day even though it was included. We checked in at the front desk, filled out forms and showed our passports but then were taken to a kiosk in the lobby to finish the rest of the process to get a key. This seems like an extra step that could just be done at the desk. Also referred me to the kiosk when I needed to break down larger bills. The desk seemed adequately staffed to handle requests but did not. The hotel provides a flyer listing recommended restaurants nearby, however when we asked the front desk staff to make a reservation for us at one of those restaurants, they refused to help - saying we would need to call ourselves (which would be a challenge with the language difference).

Convenience!!! It’s near subway by turn right , Canal city and Kushida shrine by turn left. A lot of minimart and restuarant around the hotel.

Located by a convenient location right near Canal City. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Convenience store at the ground floor which was very nice.
The check in process was mechanical and awkward. Even though the front desk staff were kind, I didn't like that they kept handing me many things to either sign or give. Considering that someone has just freshly arrived from the airport and ferry, hotel management needs to consider how the person is feeling once they check in the hotel. I recommend minimizing the things that need to be signed.
