Room size, balcony view, location
Instructions on how to enter were mostly in Japanese, in English were not that clear. Apartment is a bit tired. Tea cups are not designed for hot drinks, wine glasses would be nice to have.

Nice river view, the room is big enough and comfortable, you can walk to Hakata Canal City and Nakashu Yatai
I am disappointed that there is no balcony. It does not match the description.

Good location for the things I was doing/places I was visiting. Room was generous by japanese hotel room size standards. Plus there's a great coffee shop, 'Clutch' a short walk over the canal to start your morning.
Checking in might be a little difficult if 'not everything worked' when you don't speak japanese and have a japanese phone number, but some other guests were able to help out so all ended well

Large space with dining table, lounge, kitchen facilities and washing machine/dryer. We stayed for 4 weeks so having an apartment style hotel was fantastic, we were able to prepare meals and wash clothes. The room is spacious and there were extra futons, pillows, doonas, slippers and amenities provided. Our room looked out over the river so we didn't feel boxed in. We only saw cleaning staff once but she was very helpful with our questions.
Clearer instructions on rubbish disposal would be helpful. We stayed 4 weeks and there was no cleaning so the apartment got very dusty. We ended up buying a floor mop at the 100 yen shop. We needed to wash towels and buy toilet paper and tissues, which is fine, you just need to be aware.

Good view from a basic king room. I can open the window and see a beautiful garden of other house.

There were everything in the room for staying. If you visit here with your family and stay long period, it will be a good place for you.
I booked the room with balcony and window we can open. However, theres no balcony and window was locked. Theres no front desk so we did self-check in. I guess theres been some changes here during COVID19. I hope they make this place better than before because more guests will visit. The location is a bit far from the center of tourists spot but new subway station will be opened Mar. 27 of next year not far from here.

We got an upgrade in the room when we arrived. The facilities in the room was exactly what we needed to end our trip in Kyushu. There was washing machine/ drier, fridge and a great view of the river. They even packed the breakfast since one of us wasn't going to eat in the morning. Great service!
Not a dislike but it's not a hotel per se.

Wonderful
I liked the very friendly staff, the breakfast buffet and the free drinks. Also, the bathroom facility was very convenient as the shower room had drying options for clothes and towels. The room was more spacious than how it looks in the pictures which is not very common in Japan. Overall our staying was great.
I could find some hair in the towels and the shower room when I checked in.

They gave us a free room upgrade. The staff were friendly and it's close to the canal city and delicious food. The room was huge for a japanese hotel and looked amazing. It came with a washer/dryer and everything you could need. 10/10 would stay again

Very large and spacious. Great for family of 4-5. Complimentary breakfast and wine, sake, beer was a plus!
Long walk to train station. Roughly .8 miles, 20-25 minutes. Front desk did not understand English very well but was manageable.

It felt like home. We especially liked the in-room kitchenette and washing machine. The room was nice and big. The beds were comfortable. It would be even better if there are small bedside tables.
The motion detector activated light at the entrance of the room. As the toilet is right next to the door, the light turned on every time we went to the toilet. This is especially annoying in the night.
