Overall the location of the hotel is good, breakfast is served on the hotel next to it. It was great, room was big the bed was not super comfy though but modern hotel overall.
The one thing we did not like was a member of the staff, we think his name was Ramesh. We did the automated check in so we were walking to the machine and he just yelled at us "passports, passports" no greetings or anything, one of the female employees saw that and approached very nicely and helped us with the check-in. This other guy was just rude all along during our stay.

Very big room for 3 people. Also, the 3rd bed is an actual bed not a sofa bed. Very comfortable. The free snack and drinks were yummy.
The location was the best but still good for food and shopping.

The location was close to the heart of where everything was going on, thus it was very noisy. Also not very close to any subway station.
The facility was extremely dirty and needed much updating. The carpets running through the hotel were disgusting and there was marks all over the walls and curtains. I checked in for about 20 minutes, if that, and then immediately checked out. I did not feel comfortable sleeping there. Other reviews speak of cochroaches in their room, which I could see considering they only service the room once during your stay. Which is quite ridiculous considering the price per night (for my stay at least) was around 186 USD. There is way nicer places to stay in the area if you are willing to pay slightly more (considering cleanliness) its worth it.

Decent and located at very centre of Nakasu without breaking the bank. The hotel serve snacks and japanese tea between 3pm to 10pm daily for the staying guests. The hotel even provide the bath salt for the guests.
Due to shortage of staffs, the hotel only provide ONE (1) full room makeup for the 6 nights stay there. However, they will still provide new towels and water bottles daily. It would be perfect if the hotel can provide enough manpower for the housekeeping daily.

The room was very big and the price was reasonable, considered it located near the metro station and it was only 20-minute walk to city center. The place was clean and the staff were nice. Highly recommend.

We booked a room for 3 people. The room has 3 twin beds and a sitting area. The room is very spacious and has separate bath/shower, toilet and sink which make it easy for all 3 of us to get ready.

The bed and the washroom are large enough for vacation. The air-con is perfect as well.
It is better to have freezer in every room. Room cleaning service should be provided every day,but not once in 6 days.
