Great hotel right at the beach in Aqaba. We got a free room upgrade but unfortunatelly our sea view was a bit obstructed by a wall in front of our balcony (you could see over it though). The room was spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. Staff was really friendly. I did some diving with the deep blue diving center which is down by the beach but you can also ask the concierge to help organise things to do.
Food was generally okish, nothing exceptional and the dessert buffet was a dissapointment. Pretty much all the desserts tasted bland and like eating paper. If your not looking for a culinary experience then its fine.

Terrific complex with lots of activities, facilities and food options. Great location with reefs right off the beach. Don't come here and not snorkel! The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. We were upgraded to an ocean view - thank you! Reception staff was particularly helpful.
Poolside bathroom was not always in good condition. There were some areas in our building blocked off for some work and there was a smell, but only in the blocked off area, not any of the spaces we used. The spaces in use were kept in excellent condition and were very nice.

We like the concept of the Resort. Swimming pools for kids, Sea with Sunbeds, small shop for suvenirs, very good restaurant. Near Tala Bay Resort are another Resorts, where you can come by walk. We found some restaurants, coffe bar, pharmacy, there is beautiful port. You can order the trip Road by Boat. Staff was really nice and helpful.
The Resort is Little bit old and the bathroom was dirty. What was big problem for us - music in the bar was playing till midnight and some guest were loudly speaking and smiling at 2am. I had to call and Go to the reception and solve the problem. I except in the Resort Like this more security guides to stop people Like this.

The private beach and pools were amazing and the hotel room beds were comfortable and the facilities were more then adequate
Communication was unclear about the charges / prices if you were only to go half board or breakfast only.
Also, there was no print out in the room stating the breakfast times, restaurant times, entertainment or helpline. A simple print off would of been helpful. Also the TV in the room wasnt working.

Great location, pools were great, diving facilities great too
A bit tired and dated, some staff just were not bothered, and they were possibly understaffed for the amount of guests. No drinks were offered at breakfast or dinner, dishes not topped up which made mealtimes a little chaotic.

The location, the lobby, and the hardworking employees were the best part of this hotel.
The description used by the hotel was totally false. They say they are a luxury resort. They are not even close. There are cigarette butts all around, trash is not picked up, the outside tiles are not cleaned and many are broken. The breakfast was all low quality, bad tasting food with the exception of the fresh fruit. No matter how hard the staff tried to keep up, everything kept running out. There were dirty tables everywhere! I stood waiting for plates, then glasses and coffee cups, and finally waited for bowls. In the end it was all bad tasting and we felt we were in a bad movie vying for the crumbs. The beach area was okay. It was clean, but the lounge chairs were cheap plastic and hot. I would not recommend to stay here if you want a nice holiday. The management needs to be proactive in fixing this place up. It could be great, but sadly, it was not.

My room was lovely. We were upgraded on arrival to a sea view room that had lovely toiletries and fruit as well as a complimentary mini bar.
The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed a leisurely day in the adults only area.
It appeared nothing was too much trouble and we even got a room call asking if we had everything we needed.
Im not a fan of canteen/buffet style dining but understand that for some that is great. I would have liked more information regarding options available at the marina area. We discovered these anyway but more by accident.
The entertainment particularly the singer with the sax was dire. Sorry, but she really was.
It was weird that it was so quiet around the hotel and the whole resort. The marina shops werent open and half the units were empty but had a feeling of end of season about it even though its meant to be peak which was a bit odd.

staff was very friendly, especially ragab and Tito. they were so friendly and made our trip truly one to remember. they made us feel welcomed and at home and informed us about all the events going on. the night shows were also very fun, especially the fire show

The location was good and it had many facilities inside the resort including a mini market.
The room we were given had no sound proof so every night we could hear loud music, or our neighbours. The bed was also hard and mad a sound every time you moved. The shower head broke and the door handle of the toilet broke. There were lots of ants crawling in room.

The location is fabulous for Aquaba at night. The staff are very friendly and kind. Reception was a pleasant experience.
The hotel should police the sunbed huggers. At 0730 people were reserving sunbeds both on the beach and the pool areas. Probably I would say there is not enough at peak times.

Great price/quality deal! The staff is very very welcoming. Very high level quality of client services from reception, concierge to restaurant staff. Diving club could be booked from the hotel. I recommend!

All the vacation was pleasant and fun.
The room was great and comfortable. The stuff was very kind and assistant in any request always with a smile. The pools in the hotel , the restaurants, the resort and the available activities in place supply pleasure stay.
The meals were the same variety every day within our 7 days stay.
The wifi was poor and sometimes didn't work
