Location is super close to everything. Staff helped keep our bags foe the day after we checked out.
Mosquitoes. Noise from the windows. We didn't get shampoos.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location with restaurant, shops, coffee shops, next to the hotel, yet it's quiet because it is side street. My room had nice view of Red sea and Aqaba Gulf. Good air conditioning, good wifi, freshly refurbished, and very decent price and good value for money

Central, prime location. Very clean. tidy, well equipped. The check in process was simple. You pay upfront in cash or card. The rooms are large with extra blankets provided. Towels available with lovely sachets of coconut shampoo and blocks of hand soap. The roof top rooms are brilliant as you can access the whole rooftop of the building to yourself. The atmosphere is relaxing.
Convenience store next door - has everything you need. Restaurants on opposite side of the the road. The beach and sea is 10 minutes away.
I was given a single room upgrade to a triple room on the roof.
I booked a room on Dweik hotel 1 online. on arrival the hotel was full. I was walked over to Dweik hotel 2 nearby- and provided with a rooftop room due to their error - without a change to my room price.
Unable to access WiFi on top floor in your room. WiFi can be accessed if you stand at your room doorway or on the rest of the rooftop.
No water available in the rooms/fridge.
No towel was in my room. (but was given a towel when I asked for one at reception).

The location is very suitable for everything, you don't need a taxi to go shopping or to go to beach. Stuff was mostly helpful, but few of them seamed to be new in the service, beds where not comfortable as we wish, you need to ask to get towels. At the end we choose to go to a better hotel.
I didn't like that they close the main door of the hotel at midnight, lights off, some services you'll never get until you ask for,.

Good location, less than 10 minutes walk away from the bus station. Appreciate that I was able to check in at 2 AM in the morning.
The hotel does not pretend to be fancy. The facilities are average and you get what you paid for.

Location and value for money. Generally speaking, it is a decent hotel.
Lack of toilet paper, soap and towels from the beginning (we had to ask for them). My room also smelt of cigarettes. The staff had low English communication skills. The location was also noisy at night. Lack of lift.
