close to family and safeway supermarket just a short walk away. Easy to jump in a car and get to downtown or other parts of Amman.

Wonderful
Excellent location; so many different restaurants, supermarkets & other businesses nearby. Spacious room, with huge bathroom, & a nice view. Very lovely friendly staff. Good hotel. I highly recommend it.
Breakfast is boring, no varieties. Bathroom could be cleaner. A little bit of black mold persists. Slow elevators.

Everything about the place was great. Price, Reception, staff, parking, room service, breakfast buffet, and location. We enjoyed our three night stay in suite (2 bedrooms). Everything you need is very close to the hotel. Highly recommend the place. Keep up the good work.

The location is very good. Near many restaurants. Easy access to taxis .Decent size suites . Reasonably priced. A little noise from the street. The Jordanian love blowing their car horns. Excellent WiFi. My third stay.

The parking and service guy at night was great.
The reception guy at 11.00 PM shift -when we arrived- does not know how to treat customers. He needs training. We are not at miilitary check point ... we need some kindness, a smile, and welcoming. When you can't do something like opening a safe that we found closed or giving a slipper, it is not bad or so hard to apologize for that.
Also, the waiter at breakfast is very active but took the chair that I was sitting on, for example... and then gave me another one... made us feel that we have to leave by reducing the table size...that was hilarious.
No slippers, no delntal or shaving kit.. One shampoo sack for the whole family... When we asked for shampoo, the reception said said there is one in the room.. When we convinced him that is not enough finally, they gave us shower gel and conditioner instead.
