The staff were very accommodating from the beginning until the end of our stay, especially miss Juvie andJinky - every breakfast they’d go around and ask everyone if they needed anything and they always greeted everyone with a smile - the hotel had good facilities, the room we booked was big and clean and the bed was comfortable. The Location was good, it was close to a supermarket and to rainbow street. And the hotel had a good wifi connection ? we’re very happy we booked at the house boutique it made our stay in Jordan worthwhile

Room space. One bed room at that price is a good value.
Booking.com rating was at 9.4 for a 5-star hotel. That is quite misleading at the facility is not at par with other 5-star hotels in Amman.
Unfortunately that rating is what swayed out decision but it was the wrong one.
The hotel is an OK 4 star facility with local management that is trying its best. No where close to the 5-star standards.
The building is almost new construction with bad quality materials and execution.

The hotel was quiet and calm as I wished for ?. And the staff were so polite and friendly. I loved the hospitality and the clean rooms. Also the lounge was very elegant. It’s not gonna be the last time I visit it. See you on October.
