It is perfect if you are not looking for anything special/luxurious and location is your main factor (+ great hosts and pretty rooftop lounge). Location is perfect, in the middle of everything in Amman, best street, everything is in front of hotel. But if you are a light sleeper and get woken up easily or struggle with sleeping then this is not for you because you hear everything from the street which is 24/7 alive and loud. But everything else is great. Room was simple but enough, rooftop place with free coffee/tea/water, breakfast was good, hosts are awesome, very friendly and informative. Anyways we recommend, it was a 10/10 for our needs in Amman ?
For us it's not a problem, we sleep like babies everywhere, but if you are a light sleeper you need to know that you are in the middle of the loud busy street and you will hear a lot of sounds 24/7, but don't take that as a minus of the hotel, everyone chooses their priorities, ours was location and it was perfect, so location is perfect for someone looking to be in the middle of it all ?

Location is excellent. Lots of shops and nice cafe and restaurants around with short walking distance. The reception person was pleasant and knowledgable and helpful.
One reservation stage; a clear indication that this hotel is on second floor and lacks a lift and stairs are the only way to get to the rooms is necessary to save guests in the mature category from handling luggage through steps. Had few bugs in the room to tackle with. Our stay would have been more pleasant without it.

Best location ever. Smack dab in the middle of downtown, minutes walk from the citadel and roman theatre. Surrounded by shops and restaurants which are open late (12-1am) Rooms with balcony over looking the main street are available. The staff were so lovely, Hussein and Ali were the best. Rooftop terrace open all day and night and breakfast available from 8-10. Instant coffee and tea available all day and night.

I had a great stay at this hotel right in the heart of Downtown Amman. The rooms were clean and the roof terrace was lovely. Great staff too I would recommend a stay here

The location is amazing. Right in the middle of downtown and the front desk abo Ali and Hussein were so kind and hospitable. They gave me the best advice and were so kind to me.

The Boutique Amman hotel is in an excellent location, central to downtown Amman and nearby cultural sights. The staff is friendly and capable; excellent morning breakfast on the roof-top; clean and attractive rooms. Staff assisted in providing airport transfer at the end of my stay.

The room is nice and tidy! Location is great, located in the old town, heart of the Amman city. The staffs are so nice and helpful!!! Very polite!! The terrace also got a great view and breakfast for every morning!! It’s a great value stay!
