The personell here is probably as nice as you will get in Jordan. Very kind and helpful.
Although the rooms are recently renovated, sound travels through them easily. Bring earplugs if you want to get a good night's sleep.

Clean, good position (near Rainbow street), parking is available in the street, quite silent despite Amman's traffic
Would recommend to put hand soap in the bathroom and give 2 towels to each guest not only one

Although this hotel is a hostel, I booked a room just for myself with a private bathroom. Very comfortable and clean throughout the hotel, even the communal areas. Very nice outer lounge area with a kitchen including washing machine and dryer. Unfortunately the washing machine was in high demand and I was only there one night so didn't manage to use it. I left early before breakfast as I had to get the Jett bus, so cannot comment on the breakfast. Convenient location downtown close to all types of shops, restaurants and main attractions. Never stayed in a hostel before but from what I saw I would definitely recommend this one.

Great location and good staff. We had the twin bed deluxe with private bathroom. Was quite a big room with a good balcony.
No shelf in bathroom to put toiletries bag on.
