The breakfast was very good! I recently stayed in a supposed 5 star resort in Alaska who charged $35 pp for a buffet less impressive than the free offering supplied by this smiling, accommodation! The staff from check in to out refused to let me carry my bag, work the elevator or carry a bucket of ice... friendly, hospitable accommodation at reasonable rates..
There's no pool....

This place is very nice.. The room is spacious, clean and the staff there are nice... This is not the first time I stay there. The place is nice and close to most of the shops. I love this place

Convenient location
Rooms are in dire need for an update. Furniture and fixtures are worn out. Bathroom was not very clean. Breakfast didn’t provide many options, coffee was cold.

Sulaf Hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect, close to EVERYTHING ??. The staff and their warm hospitality??. The cleanliness??. The breakfast buffet with a wide variety. The hot water & water pressure is amazing ?? I definitely will stay at this Hotel again when I come next year.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks and compliments to the staff of the Luxury Sulaf Hotel in Amman, where I stayed for four nights last week. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and attentive.
Room service was excellent as well, with a special mention to Sultan, who maintained the room impeccably and ensured it reflected the luxury promised by the hotel’s name. Every staff member—from security personnel to porters, receptionists, and restaurant staff—truly embodied the spirit of luxury hospitality.
