Everything was fine. Except Invoiceing
I asked an invoice for my stay. Staff told that Booking.Com should prepare an invoicde since they took the payment and this seemed OK to me. After trip I logged in and ordered for invoice and rresponse was opposite. ie property should provide invoice.
I have no time for this sort of absurd, illogical responses. But if Booking.com don't resolve this issue, then it is over for me. I am done working with booking.com.

Exceptional greeting and welcome at the front desk service provided by Hamza. Hamza was so effortlessly polite, respectful and friendly. Hamza was attentive and more than able to get all our family needs worked out smoothly, I would definitely be asking for him next time we stay. Great face for Sheraton!
Staff are definitely trained 5 stars. The outdoors bar overlooking the pool was what we needed to enjoy the stay, and was family friendly too

The only good thing about this hotel was some staff members gave good customer service. Wouldn’t say the same about some others.
I don’t understand how this hotel is rated a 5 stars hotel. The room was a disaster, from mould in the bathroom, dirty kettles, chipped walls, dirty bedsheets, construction on the upper floors that woke me up in the middle of the night. To windows that don’t lock properly, lights in the closet that wouldn’t turn off and most importantly overpriced menu! It was a horrible experience and I will never go back to Amman Sheraton, I ended up moving to another hotel.

I booked a non smoking room, yes I got it but people still smoking in the non smoking rooms. I complained to the management but said they told the customers but they do not listen. I think they need to apply tough measures for those who still smoke in the non-smoking rooms.

Many wonderful amenities: outdoor pool, gym, etc. Spa experience was exceptional and highly recommend the service. Morning buffet was expansive with variety of multi-cultural choices!
