the location is just perfect, five minutes walk from the vibrant heart of Amman. the room was the perfect size for two persons with big luggage and very clean. The beds were really comfortable. Bit noisy as the room faces the bridge and the road in front of the windows. Breakfast really good
the entrance at the building, the walls and the stairs would need a profound cleaning process. Cats can access one of the windows and leave their excrement there

It is a lovely hotel! The room is nice and modern, clean, everything works, the electric plugs are great. The bathroom is ensuite. Excellent location right near the centre and free parking. The breakfast was great and large. But the highlight was the receptor, Aladdin, who is just the nicest man on Earth! He was so kind and welcoming, explained everything, even brought us tea when we arrived. We had a great experience overall, and especially thanks to Aladdin.

Disappointing
Aladdin, the host, was amazing to us. He welcomed us with cup of tea almost at the midnight. He was really nice to us during our whole stay there.
We got totally different room. The photos of room, which we've booked, were totally different to our real room. We asked the host for other room but that was also totally different from photos on booking. That was really disappointing for us that photos on booking were so much nicer than reality.

Very well located near area with markets and local sites.
The receptionist very friendly.
Great price quality!!
The entrance to the building and the building in general was in very poor condition. They should improve this and the facilities a little.

Hotel is in the center of Amman and has a very kind and charming receptionist. Room was ok, beds could be a bit more comfortable, but for 1 or 2 nights is ok.

Hotel is well located and staff was friendly
The rooms were extremely dirty, building is fells like it falling down, rooms were smelly as well as linens. It is ok to spend 1 night there but it would be bette to choose another hotel. Pictures are not showing reality.

Very good location, the hotel is in the downtown of Amman. You can reach shops, restaurants, sights by walk. Aladdin is very welcoming, any guest can feel special because of hospitality. Habibi!
