The staff were incredibly helpful. They upgraded me to a suite, and since they knew my flight was late, they kindly offered me a late checkout as well.
I want to thank all the team especially Deeb, Ahmad, Mohamed, and Abdel Hadi.
Thank you for making my stay much more relaxing. With service like this, I have no choice but to come back to this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Naylover Hotel in Amman. The apartment-style setup with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The reception team — Deeb, Ahmad, Basel, Yazan, and Mohammad — were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help.
There honestly wasn’t much to dislike. If anything, adding a few more amenities or small touches in the apartment would make the experience even better. But overall, nothing took away from how good the stay was.

The hotel is in good location. Not noisy area. Enough parking space. The staffs are super helpful and really nice. I strongly recommend to those who are looking a place to stay in Amman.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is great and quiet but still close to restaurants and shops. I really want to thank Mr. Ahmad at the reception; he was super friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay.

I go to this hotel every time I come to Jordan. The hotel is very nice and clean it’s a wonderful place with amazing staff. The staff are all very helpful and kind.
