They gave us an upgrade to a suit, which was nice and very well equipped. All the hotel was looked after.

Location is perfect, staff are very helpful and excellent service. Willingness to help.
Breakfast is basic, not much variety, I wished there would be some where like a lobby for friends if they visit, and cleaning is just OK but not thoroughly done, some times they just tidy up and add towels no vacuum, everything is just basic , so I was ok but not wow though the cleaners were nice but I didn't want to tell them what needs to be done, once or twice I asked for the sheets to be stripped out and changed.

Friendly staff - always ready to help, we really liked it very much! Also location was perfect.

The personnel was extremely nice and helpful with everything. The price / performance was really good.
It could have been a bit cleaner. The location is not the best, as it is quite loud from the street and not much to do around the hotel, on foot, anyway.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and a reasonable size. Breakfast was very good, freshly prepared each morning by the chef (Khamil?), who was very friendly and enthusiastic.
