The Hotel was so clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. They out of their way to make sure thay everything up to standard l, which was high to begin with. Its worth noting that the elevators are impressive, you dont have to wait as you would in other big hotels. Special thanks to Yazid from Reception, cafe tenders Dima and her colleagues, Breakfast staff for day in-day out consistent excellant service.

I recently stayed with my family at Signia by Hilton Amman, and honestly, it was such a great experience. The hotel feels super modern and stylish without being over the top; everything from the lobby to the rooms is spotless and beautifully designed. My room was spacious, comfy, and had everything I needed. (I appreciate hotel rooms with many drawers especially on international travels).
The staff were amazing; friendly, attentive, and always smiling. You can tell they really care about making your stay enjoyable. I also loved the breakfast buffet; so many options. The location is convenient too, close to some nice restaurants and shops, but still quiet enough to relax.
Overall, Signia by Hilton Amman totally exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend it if you’re visiting Amman! Shout out to the below names from the staff who made our stay exceptional: Qusai, Yazeed, Ahmed El Gazai, Rami Mohammed Yaseen - and especial thanks to Bayan and Ammar, who went out of their way numerous times to help me and my family.
Everything was great overall, but I would suggest at checking the room to check if guests understand how to control the lights, the ACs etc. Nothing major though — it didn’t affect my stay much!

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning, high-class hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect: the place is spotless, elegant, and offers ideal accommodations. The bars and restaurants are simply beautiful, both in atmosphere and in the quality of the food and service.
But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single team member is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. You really feel at home — but in a luxury setting.
A huge thank you to Oulaia, Loujain and Dorra for their kindness, sweetness, and impeccable service — they are both lovely and so professional. A special thank you to Bayan for her generosity and heartwarming words that we will never forget. She is truly an exceptional woman with all the qualities of a great manager. And of course, a big thank you to Saeed whose incredible help with valet service and so much more, was deeply appreciated.
Every person we encountered helped make this stay so special. There is absolutely nothing negative to say — everyone deserves the best. We will definitely come back!

We had a very goosd experience at Signia by Hilton, the team at front desk were superb and very friendly.
We engaged with the following " Ms. Bayan, Ms. Ghalia, Ms. Sara & Ms. Oulia and all were equally hospitable.
As a traveller the first impression is at the reception, when you are received by the team.
The only thing I wished they had more vegetarian options but I totally understand that it was Ramadan time and they did the best they could.
Hope to stay and come back again.
