A truly exceptional stay — elegant, warm, and unforgettable.
We received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room with a stunning view of the old town. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome — every staff member was exceptionally kind and attentive.
Arriving late at night, we ordered room service and enjoyed a delicious traditional dinner. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, spotless, and the perfect spot to enjoy great coffee and local desserts.
Every detail reflected care and quality. Highly recommended — a hotel that combines luxury with genuine warmth.

Very Good
The hotel is in a nice location, it's quiet and peaceful. The outdoor lounge on the ground floor is very nice and the food was great. Rooms were decent and reasonably clean. Pool, gym and other facilities were good.
The breakfast area was very old, rusty, and small. I saw flies roaming around food, which is a hygiene concern.

Nothing special as normal hotels
Staff is not as good as other hotels , the room has no tooth brush or shaving blades even no soap . When i asked they said these are on request not a standard in this hotel . Which surprised me in 5 star hotel !!!!

We really loved the people, from the security team at gate to the beautiful team at the door to the team members working in the background. We are grateful to God for allowing us to stay with these beautiful amazing people.
