The location is excellent, the staff are wonderful, incredibly helpful and friendly—I thank them all.
The cleanliness is superb, the breakfast is varied, and the hotel restaurant is fantastic, especially in the evenings.
The view from the hotel is beautiful, overlooking a main road, and everything you need is readily available .
I highly recommend this hotel.

I've been to Amman a few times over the past year and stayed at two different hotels, but ever since staying at the Diamond Hotel, it's the only place I’ll stay now. It’s genuinely much better than the more expensive 4-star hotel just down the road. Every single person who works here is kind, welcoming, and helpful.
During this stay, I had one small issue with my room, mentioned it to the front desk, and they immediately gave me an upgraded room. No hassle at all. That kind of service is rare and really appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman!
