There are several things that makes this place a good option to stay in:
1- the location is close to the main areas you would like to visit
2- it is very clean and is newly renovated
3- modern style

Keep in mind that this is advertised as apartment for 5 persons....
Only 4 beds were prepared upon arrival despite clearly indicating there will be 5 guests. Had to ask doorman to bring an extra mattress and a pillow.
Kitchen had basic equipment.
Water kettle was busted without top.
There were only 2 coffee cups, just one pair of spoons and forks, practically unusable for family of 5.
It would not be a big investment to buy a proper set of spoons, forks, knives, plates etc.
Cigarette ash in the bathroom, poor cleaning overall.
Hardly any toilet paper.
Just 2 terrace chairs
With a bit investment this place could have such a potential.

Wonderful
Nice and spacious with a balcony. Easy to drive to without having to go into Amman centre. Excellent communication from host. Excellent WiFi.
I didn't realise the parking garage was around the corner at the back of the building and it wasn't obvious where to find the doorman to get the key. But all that was easily sorted by a quick phone call to the owner who sorted it all out straight away. The kitchen was a bit short of pots and plates.
