The hotel is wonderful, and the customer service staff are truly outstanding, with very courteous and professional behavior. They serve guests with great dedication. The interior of the hotel is very clean, and all services are available. The food is also very clean and excellent.
The rooms are clean and fully equipped with all necessities, and the beds are excellent.
In my opinion, this hotel definitely deserves a five-star rating.

Little bit complicated to check in especially if you have a car so you they need to improve some rules to make it easy and fast for check in and checkout

Big apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, good for a family of four (1 night only).
The staff is very friendly.
Delicious breakfast buffet, private parking.
Good location if you want to drive to Jerash.
The apartment faces a very noisy street, windows without isolation, so we couldn’t sleep well and we were very tired after driving from Petra.
WiFi is good just for 3 devices!!!
