Location was incredibly good. It is only few minutes by walk to most famous cafes, restaurants like Hashem, Habibah Sweets.
The room was spacious and breakfast was quite good. They offered both classic breakfast options as well as warm food such as scrambled eggs, Jordanian style shakshuka, sausages with bell peppers.
Staff was very kind and friendly.
It was a dated hotel which needs some renovations. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling.
It was maybe not the fault of hotel but the parking place offered by hotel was terrible. They tried to overcharge us and made a big conflict which ruined our mood. It was our only bad experience during our 8 days stay in beautiful country Jordan.

They are very flexible with check-in times — whether you arrive late at night or early in the morning, the staff is always ready to help and welcome you with a smile. You can also arrange an airport pickup directly with the hotel (it’s cheaper than Uber!), which makes everything so easy.
Breakfast is very good, with tasty local food, and the lady in charge is extremely kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better — right in the downtown , within walking distance to the Roman Citadel and the Amphitheater.
Jumah at the reception is incredibly friendly and will help you with anything you need. I honestly felt at home during my stay and would definitely come back!

We had actually paid for Beirut hotel 1 but they upgraded us to Beirut hotel 2 for free. Very nice hotel, I would definitely stay again. It felt so clean all the time and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Especially Ash was very good from the first day we checked in and helped us out with whatever we needed. All the staff were great!!
The only thing I didn't like was the noise outside the window. We stayed on the 6th floor but could still hear the noise outside. But to be fair, you can't have everything. We wanted a central location and we were in the most central location of the town!!!

This is for hotel 2. Highly recommend modern new facilities and helpful staff with good English. Clean and good amenities and size for the price. Best one I stayed in a few hotels in Amman.

Really friendly staff! They prepared vegan food for us and the breakfast was really nice! If you need a cheap hotel in the city centre that is a really good option for this price :)

The location is close to the city center and to many service places, the hotel staff are very wonderful in dealing and providing information, the breakfast is varied, clean and delicious, the room is excellent and clean
The view is better in the upper floors than the lower ones
