What a wonderful customer service! Very nice place and great location Mr Mohammed Yousef was very friendly and kept checking if I needed anything. Mr. Nimer was exceptionally delightful and friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay more enjoyable . I would definitely come back to this hotel. Much recommended ?

Starting fron the traditional Jordanian welcoming entrance, to the super friendly Staff. To the big size room, to the decent size nice balcony with the city view, to the calmness, cleaness. I delt with Ibrahim, Hasan mainly, but all others were always smiling. I stayed their during the holy month of Ramadan, Hotel took the responsibility of waking people up to have a free hotel Suhoor. The location of the hotel is great, surrounded with alot of resturants, coffee shops, supermarkets, banks and other services, as if u r in the midtown. I will select them for my next visit.
