I loved it it’s very original close to everything you can go out in the middle of the night and not have to worry about anything it’s very safe. I did an Arabic cooking class and ate Makloubeh! Must try.
The t.v receiver kept turning off but they fixed it quickly I don’t find a towel in my room but I asked and got it within minutes

I made a mistake when I booked I booked a room that was basic it was my mistake I asked them to upgrade me to the deluxe and they did very easy going staff I had to pay the difference off course, Amazing trips they organize walking distance from the markets , Roman theatre and citadel

Everything is amazing, I was surprised at the rate and service I got very affordable I was sleeping for 100 per night I came here it’s in the heart of downtown slept for 30… I highly recommend

Good price for trips local prices there drivers speak English I was scared going to Jordan but I’m very thankful full choosing this hotel they made my stay feel comfortable there location is good u stayed in a couple hotels this was everyone was honest and advised me where and where not to buy my stuff as some corner shops tried to over charge me

There under new ownership everything is much better then last year when I stayed.

Amazing close to all attractions in Amman they offer walking tours twice a day I did the Arabic cooking class the food was amazing and the chef is great.
I also used their tour desk Louie was amazing at organizing the whole trip in Jordan for us.

I have stayed here a few times over the years this stay was amazing the rooms are renovated they have different options for when you reserve I was reading the comments and it is nothing close to what the reviews say this place is amazing the best location there is in Amman it is close to everything the wifi is amazing, breakfast amazing.
There the Tour desk as well Louie is running it if you want to go anywhere in Amman ask him the prices are the best I asked 10 different places and his prices are the best he didn’t try to start high and go low he gave me the best price from the beginning I didn’t even argue with him his drivers are amazing even if you don’t want to go with them ask them they will guide you and tell you what you can add to your itinerary I saw him helping may others

Everything is amazing, I was worried at first because of the reviews but the hotel is under new management and they have upgraded 70% of the hotel and the working non stop I witnessed that, they have a Turkish bath that was open but there renovating it as well should be open in a week or so.
They have an amazing tour desk that helped us organize our trips complete for the full week of a fraction of the price that we saw online and cheaper then street taxis there drivers were honest and reliable most of all they didn’t rush us into anything and we took our time everywhere and best of all they didn’t as for anything extra on what we agreed on thanks to Louie!

The staff were absolutely wonderful — super kind, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. Everyone went above and beyond and made me feel very welcome. The hotel was cozy, comfortable, and in a perfect location close to everything. I loved that I could see the Amman Roman Theater right from my window, beautifully lit up at night. It was such a nice touch that made the stay even more special.
