I had another wonderful stay at this hotel. As always, the experience was excellent — the staff were warm, welcoming, and very cooperative. I arrived late due to a delayed flight, but the late check-in was handled smoothly and efficiently. The room was, as usual, tidy, clean, and had a pleasant scent. I truly appreciate the consistent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. A special thanks to Aya, who was exceptionally helpful during the checkout process. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a great impression.

The staff was accommodating and did seem to be doing their best.
The smell and smoke from cigarettes permeated most of the hotel. This is a smoker’s hotel. If you’re a smoker, that might work for you. For us as non smokers it was very difficult. It should be noted this hotel is right next to a major thoroughfare so some noise should be expected. The level of English spoken by staff was something of an obstacle in a couple instances. More so than in typical Jordanian tourist-oriented places. However we were able to work around these limitations.
