The concept
No fan for comfort... dirty rat poop all over the place, not cleaned or swept. Outside looks bad inside was nasty do not recommend.

I told the host how far I was traveling from, he was consirderate enough to recommend another location he owns, and it was right on the beach. Definitely a green flag move. The space was clean and spacious, modern and came with most amenities an air bnb would have. I definitely recommend this host.

Views were spectacular! Room was clean, comfortable and we had a great rest.
Property has great potential once the refurbishing and clean up has been done. No plug close to the AC outlet. No extension cord either but the fan worked just fine and we could open the windows in the night as they were covered in mesh so no mosquitoes or bugs could get in.

Paul was an excellent host. Views are spectacular. Sunsets are unbelievable. Bed is big and comfy. Bedroom windows are floor to ceiling. Big fridge/freezer. Soooo quiet. A bit like glamping. No hot water which is fine, but that will throw some people off.

Jacob the owner is a great and friendly person. He help me with my trip and gave me great tips for that.
The views and sunset from the room are atonishing.
It is a very relaxing place.
Dont spend more time there. I will come back!

The road to the facility is was bad. The facility was under construction.

It was a great Place, nice kitchen, free Coffee, uncomplicated Owners, great View to the sea. small path down the hill so you are at the beach in 10 minutes. Treasure Beach is a great spot in generell with lot of nice people and community :)

The property is in the area know as the Heights and for good reason as there are beautiful views right out along treasure beach area and surrounds.
Good location in walking distance to the beach and restaurants etc
The room was clean and the staff member assisting that day was very helpful with our needs.
Really basic property that is not yet complete ie windows and balcony’s still missing. It is still under construction.
No fan or AC so uncomfortably hot during the day in parts of the building.
For a building that is not yet complete I feel they are charging too much as they add taxes on top of the price.,
Really tricky property to find from the road.
No security as no locks on any of the doors

Arrived at night and had a lovely view overlooking Treasure Beach. View was amazing when I woke up in the morning. The view overlooked the ocean. When checking out we stopped off in the kitchen for a coffee where we met up with some of the other guests, another excellent view from there. Kitchen has items that can be used by all guests, and you just leave a small amount of money for what you have used. This was brilliant as we arrived at night but was still able to get a nice hot coffee in the morning.

Short though steep walk into town
No lock on the door, nor safe, so had to carry all valuable.
Did not meet the description - the reception was when ever they owner arrived who lived several miles away - the description suggests onsite. The spa style facilities and activities are not offered, there maybe something in town that fits the description

Be prepared for mosquitoes at night. No on-site staff so cleanliness, especially the kitchen, depends on other guests staying. Host should include automatic booking info on how to get to property from Negril and Kingston using route taxis.
