My husband and I checked in the Hotel for his birthday on the 2nd August...upon entering the hotel the smell was fresh, the ambience peaceful. The front desk staff we interacted with both upon check in and in the night Natasha, Joel and Deji-Ann were extremely helpful in not just the hotel facilities but things to do and places to visit in Jamaica...
Let us talk about the dinning room/kitchen staff Georgia,,,her kind, warm and bubbly personality was so intoxicating it blew us away...she was not just sweet but helpful and effective/timely in her service to us...Thank you again Georgia...There are some things that can't be learnt and other things is just natural...Georgia is natural
Overall we will definitely recommend!!!

It was clean. Room was clean.
Fridge in room needs to be colder. Microwave is only on first floor lobby. Ice machine only on third floor. Need Better cable selection or have Netflix access in rooms. Bed is on the firmer side but ok I guess.

Location Nice canteen staff Receptionist friendly Personal favorite: Gentleman who served at the canteen (Rayon).
I did not get the room I booked. There was no excuse as I booked early (like I always do in all my travels) and they confirmed suite was available. I expect to get what I booked, and if unavailable, I need a notification before, not after, I get to the hotel so I can decide if I still want to stay there. Ended up with a smaller room with a noisy ac vent, and got the cheapest toilet paper I've ever had to use.

The room was spacious, I had a great view of the park, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, no matter what time of the day or night it was. The bathroom was good and I was happy there was a tub, that I utilized after a great day on the road for Jamaica carnival. I felt safe there even when there was an earthquake whilst I was in the shower!!! Lorrrt! Lol! The location was great with a few local eateries within walking distance. The Pegasus was across the street. I would stay here again and be sure to have more leisure time to enjoy the amenities.
There wasn't a bellman or none were available to assist. Otherwise, no complaints.
