The room was not sea view like i booked and the security had no idea what they’re doing. It took more than 30 minutes for security to get us access to our room

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The view from our room was beautiful. The receptionist was very accommodating and friendly. We were very close to all the sites we visited, making it very convenient.

The proximity to the town and the town’s amenities.
Walking distance to a number of things.
First, I did not arrive in Jamaica until March 27 and arrived at the property at approximately 9 pm. (I missed my flight, which I called to report) I got to the apartment and outside was stinking, smoky, and musty I opened the door and was met with decadence. But the bathroom was the kicker, broken down, mirror translucent, I couldn’t see my face, no working electrical plug, broken down towel rack.
No WIFI, dirty dingy “white” towels. Requested a second set, they came HOURS later same black towels looking like foot mats. First they must have had me down to clean my room on Thursday . I said it was not necessary on Thursday since I got in on Wednesday night. No one came on Friday so I asked someone to come on Saturday. I was told, they couldn’t.
It was a nightmare one night when I couldn’t get in the room. They blamed it on WIFI and then on me.
People sitting on the stoops like I’m the movie “Brewster Place” Marijuana and cigarettes smoke in passage.

Access to the beach, and the security.
Not enough staff, there's no restaurant or food service at the hotel. The pool filtration system was not running the whole time we stayed at turtle beach towers
