I prefer ocean view which I tried to change without success, did not like being on the ground floor. Grounds beautiful and well kept .

I liked the the location is centrally located. I could walk to all the places I wanted to go.
The room wasn’t cleaned or linen and towel changed unless I asked for them to be changed. When the towels were removed, I had to always ask for them to be replaced, then had to wait for them to be laundered, and them had to come back to the front desk for them. The receptionists were always pleasant but had no resolution. They always had to call “the lady” and wait…

The location was amazing. It was within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and it was attached to the beach.
The AC in the living room didn't work and it was needed on those hot days. You can't really enjoy the pool or the bar at night because there was TOO much smoking.

The young lady who worked at the desk was extremely nice and the property was centrally located.
YES! 1st - the property is NOT a hotel but rather individually owned condos and the owners do not live in JA. After booking, I received an email stating that property wasn't available.

Location was ideal for the beach, excursion and shopping.
Untrustworthy reception staff. A named bag of Items was left behind reception with the concent of staff, to been collected that afternoon. Items missing on collection.

I always say at Sandcastle Resort, but this, around. I chose a different place it was Turtle Beach Tower. I didn't like it. My flight was canceled so I stayed at the Sandcastle Resort. Lovely, Cozy, Beautiful, and Excellent place to stay. Period!
I didn't like it was still curfew. Also, I liked listen to music at night by the pool or eat upstairs at restaurant.
