This was hands down the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. First of all, the host is extremely rude and unprofessional. Our booking clearly included breakfast, yet when we brought it up, she acted like she had no idea and offered zero apology. She later claimed she messaged us in the middle of the night to ask our breakfast preferences, which is a complete lie. Thankfully, Booking.com could see the full chat history and confirmed our side of the story.
On the first morning, we gave up and decided to cook our own breakfast. Surprise, the stove didn’t even work. Communication was a mess. The host relies on an assistant or cleaner to handle everything, so messages had to go through multiple people. Both the host and assistant promised the stove would be fixed that day while we were out. It never happened.
Out of a 5 day stay, we were only served breakfast once, and that was only after following up again. At this point, we contacted Booking.com and requested a partial refund. No stove and no breakfast? That’s ridiculous.
And then came the most unbelievable part. The host’s assistant actually called us and asked if we could fix the stove ourselves, electrical work included. I’m not making this up. Completely inappropriate and absurd.
We documented everything with photos and videos and submitted them to Booking.com, who are currently investigating. The host continues to deny any refund and is still trying to twist the story.
I’ve stayed at many properties, and this was by far the worst experience. Poor service, broken amenities, and a dishonest host. I strongly urge anyone considering this listing to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress.

Quiet, away from the high tourist area. Nice balcony with direct view of sea. Spacious, comfortable, washer and dryer, good wifi, even a printer, breakfast food provided and plenty to cook with.
Though you can get in the water in the cove, there’s really no beach and it’s too small for a good swim. No a/c in the living area and kitchen could be a challenge in warmer months, but I was comfortable.

The pool and private beach were great. Nice big apartment and they had breakfast for us in the fridge. The owner helped us with every question we had. Nice balcony.

Location was spectacular. Tiny beach a joy to visit. Flat very clean and well equipped. Main bed was especially comfy. Wide assortment of breakfast items. Prompt responses from host Ms Pat.
AC throughout the flat would have been great but fans provided were adequate.

Great location just outside of the main town area. Full two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry room, living room that opens up to a nice sized balcony. The compound has a pool, a small private beach area and great views from the balcony. The lovely housekeeper, Ms Marie, comes in daily and makes breakfast. She is super friendly and made a nice local breakfast for us one morning. Great spot for a small family or group of friends, our group was 4 adults and 1 child and it was perfect. We even had two friends staying nearby visit and it didn't feel crowded at all. Great spot for visiting nearby attractions or just staying in. The small beach area is nice, even better than some others we went to nearby. This is one of the best places I have stayed in Ochi and will stay again.
Everything was mostly perfect, there is a small issue with water leaking on the floor from one of the bathrooms but was no major issue.

The apartment has a beautiful view! We loved sitting on the balcony to relax and watch the water. Apartment was very clean and had all amenities. A local market is conveniently available on the road for groceries and snacks. Ms. Marie, the housekeeper, was extremely kind, greeted us upon arrival and always available if we needed anything. We will most definitely come again.
My only suggestion is to install a complete, enclosed shower door. We ended up wetting the bathroom floor everytime we took a shower.

The host was friendly. Fruit and a few other items were there upon our arrival. Beautiful view. Having a washer and dryer were helpful. The apartment was quiet and felt safe.
Only air conditioning was in the bedrooms. No air conditioning in the common rooms which makes it really difficult to enjoy the rest of the home in the heat. The host forgot to give us one of the bedroom keys so we were locked out of that room until she could come back to unlock the door which took about 2 hours.
