The outdoor amenities such as the beach and night life.
To be very clear Im only giving rating to this property because of the cleanliness but everything else dragged the rating down . When we arrived at the property, the host gave the house keeper a different price to what was advertised on booking.com , with a heavy heart we decided to pay the host brawta but only because the usual guy we stay with was booked up. Later that evening we went out and came back only to be locked out of our room @ 1am . We called the house keeper who tried to contact the host but they refused to answer their phone. Luckily the housekeeper made arrangements for us to go elsewhere so we wouldnt have sleeping outside. The next day at 6 am the housekeeper came back and let us into our room so we slept and went to the beach and around midday. When my partner went back to the room we were locked out again . We had to contact the house keeper again to gain access. At no time did the host call to apologise or give an explanation, she only sent a WhatsApp message with the new code which later stopped working again. My whole experience was a disappointment, the house keeper tried her best to make amends but the host was extremely unprofessional, uncaring and disrespectful . Therefore in all good conscience we could not recommend this property to any future guests. Oh and as a side note the bathroom sink water pressure is low and the shower is leaking .

I asked if it was paid by booking.com and she said yes next morning, they banged on my door wake me up and wanted money right away they did not take card
only cash I did not have room Service the four days Blinds did not close I was on ground level so people could look in
and it did not get fixed Older building needs a lot of maintenance

We had an issue with red ants in our room. House keeper however placed insect baits at the window area, which was controlled eventually We went to the pool but the sign was there saying closed for treatment. We waited an extended period and it still wasnt removed. We woke up the next morning and the sign still wasnt removed. We were very disappointed

Room was clean, in the middle of the town so had access to stores, restaurants, supermarkets and fresh produce markets.
Didnt like seeing one price and hearing another. I budgeted for what I saw and was taken aback by the addition. Even though the lady explained why, it would have been great if the real cost was sent before.

Bathroom was too small, toilet bowl was not working properly; water pressure at the face basin was very low; waste water from face basin was leaking; the shower handles turn opposite direction, and the confusion caused hot water burn.

The studio was clean.
The process of us collecting the code for the door was very disappointing. We called the owner to no avail. When we got there, the lobby tried calling the owner as well but to no avail. We eventually got through to the helper who gave us the code for the door. She quoted us a different price than what was advertised on booking.com. We called the owner and it went down hill from there. She had zero customer service and she wanted us to pay the commission fee that she has to pay booking.com. We decided to leave and it was almost 11pm in the night. We just wanted to spend the night because my husband was too tired to drive back to Kingston. The studio was clean but the owner's attitude was awful!!!!!!!!!!!
