It was exactly what the picture displayed. Nice decor. Frank was very responsive, and Shelly was very polite and pleasant. Great location!
We weren't able to use the rainfall shower head because water was spraying from the side and caused a mess. Needs fixing.

Almond Grove was just as in the pictures. Felt like home away from home. Location was awesome, right at the beach with restaurants, shops, etc, all within walking distance. Frank and Shelly (housekeeper) were very nice with ensuring I was comfortable. 5 days weren't enough,but I will surely be returning.

We loved our stay at this location its about 1 & half hours from Montego Bay airport & close to every attraction we wanted to visit + great restaurant place is clean comfortable & homie my daughter loves the vase in the room & enjoyed the pool the Friday nite karaoke / lime at the pool bar was a + since I’m prego & couldn’t go clubbing host checked in on us & the house keeper a sweet heart we had no need to bother her for anything cause everything was provided ahead will def be back our next trip

The Unit & Furnishing was Comfortable & Aestheticially Pleasing. The Location was Absolutely Perfect! Shelley was Amazingly Helpful & Accomodating!
There was an issue with the plumbing in the bathroom that affected the shower drainage & water leakage into the hallway.

Magical stay in Ocho Rios. We loved the location and wished we could have stayed longer! The Apartment was very clean almost brand new. Everything worked perfectly. Shelley the property manager was an absolute delight!

Accommodation as pictures clean modern with everything you need. Location excellent walk to shops . Accommodation has beach access and the beach is clean and relaxing

An absolutely lovely apartment, very clean, well maintained and looked after. Is exactly as pictured. Both Frank & Shelley great communicators from the moment we booked until we left.
Shelley met us on arrival and showed us around and how to use the apartment facilities. Nothing was too much. Easy access to the beach which is also close by and free to enter . Pool right outside the apartment is nice.
We will definetly book with Frank and stay again. Thank you both for a great stay.

The property was immaculate. Everything in its place and was spotless. Photographs don’t do the apartment justice.
On the day of our arrival there has been a burst water pipe somewhere which affected the water to the room - we were updated and made aware of the issue- this was resolved quickly.
We had daily messages from either Frank or Shelley in case of any issues which was very reassuring.
Shelley the housekeeper came to see us on arrival and made us feel very welcome, went above expectations and sourced us a taxi to find a rental car.
The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and located next to the beach and walking distance to turtle river park and shops.
The receptionist was quite unapproachable and didn’t want to help with anything when asked (not the apartments issue).
The apartment is poolside which is ideal. However you are unable to access the pool from this side without climbing over the fence - in the evening when sitting on the patio listening to music - lots of local idlers visit the complex ( unsure why you need a wrist band, when you can just come in?). I don’t think I would stay here without my husband for this reason.

The property was EXACTLY as shown in the pictures. The place was very clean and the bed was really comfortable! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare your meals as well as the bathroom and living room. Everything felt well thought out to actually accommodate guests traveling from a whole different country.
The property was in the PERFECT spot. Close to everything! the restaurants, beaches, waterfalls etc. Most restaurants are walking distance and we spent a few days just trying them out and going on tours throughout our stay.
The host, Frank, is a very understanding person. He made sure things are as convenient as possible for us with no hesitation. He checks in on us during our stay and made it clear that if we should need anything, he’s just a call or msg away.
Shelley, the housekeeper, was very warm and welcoming. We felt right at home the moment we got the keys and passcode to the property. she’s amazing at what she does. I can only hope we meet more people like her that takes her work seriously.

I loved the whole place, it's modern, in a good location to the shops and you can go anywhere as the taxi stand is close by. The apartment is call mod con its like home from home and has all you need for your holiday. Frank & Shelly both checked in on us regularly so that was really nice. I felt at home. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
