The breakfast was great kudos to the chef he dealt with the egg differently than usual and it was good and the location is excellent to experience the activities on water from chukka etc
I didn't like that there was no chef on the first day we arrived and we wanted to get food as we were in but apparently that was the ultimate missing piece and I did not like that the parking was outside that never felt safe the parking is a main issue as well

The place was hidden, saw one light in front of the building, could not fine the entrance,i drove around twice big puddle to the front,could hardly make it out of the car without stepping in the water, the night staff did not see my booking on his computer,i had was to show it to him on my phone,then he came and said he don't know what to do, i saud said call the owner, he asked me to sit in my vehicle and wait,waited for 30 minutes before he came and let me in,when to my room then noticed there are no face towels,was not a pleasant stay

The view.
The location was hard to find and once I did parking was hard due to water pooling outside. Once I entered inside I was told the request I made for the room to be decorated was not done due to staff negligence. Also, there was no food available. We were to to visit nearby locations. The room had no iron and adequate towels. This was an awful experience, to make it worst it was my friend's birthday.

My husband's and I love the peaceful location and the beauty of the area ?. It's very relaxing and comfortable. We will be returning during the holiday season.
I did not get my favorite room, but the room we did get was just as good. ??????

Room was clean. The entrance door to the room need attention. I could look out into the hallway from inside my room. The gap was too wide. The bathroom was ok but the curtain kept touching me while I was showing. They need to use a C-rod so it give more space in shower.
I did not like the location. It looks like in the hood very scary but once we got inside it was very nice.

It was my husband's birthday ?. We loved the intimacy, and our room had a great view. The staff responded to our needs. We plan on going back for our anniversary in October.
We did not get the original room we wanted, but the staff did their best and enjoyed ourselves.

At the OceanPalm, we did not get any proper parking, the TV or the socket in room 5 was not working, and the water in the room was cold, the pipe for the hot water was not working, the breakfast was POORLY put. Everyone in the breakfast room had to wait upto 30-40 minutes for the food and when we got our meal the tea was cold and we got TANG orange juice as our juice. Never in a million years of my life I got served tang juice for breakfast! Why should you? After eating, I still felt hungry and now I'm eating at a, restaurant with my family. After this experience, I will never allow me and my family to ever show our face to your area ever again because of this experience.
