The staff were accommodating in the sense that we were able to check in 5 minutes before 3pm. The property is also close to the many attractions in ocho rios.
The entrance was too dark there need to be more lighting on the hill leading to the property. The room was also not the same as advertised, the bed was only lined with boring white sheets, there was no decor in the room. The bathroom had no privacy to the shower if someone wanted to use the toilet while another is showering. The wifi connection was always unstable, thank God I had mobile data. To make it worse the cable and Netflix that was promised wasn’t working. They told us that it would be resolved on day two but no one came to help us with the issue.

this hotel was bad we got there late so we had no choose to stay anyway we check out the next morning so I lost two nights money very sad and disappointed
no one should even send their dogs to stay overnight

We liked the location of the property.
The young man at the front office need training in customer service, the contact person -Michelle wasn't there to greet us and show us our room, this was done thru a phone call and she didn't even know the code for the door (we had to try numbers until we figure it out). I paid for 3 separate rooms but got 2 bedrooms instead and 1 of my sons had to sleep on the floor because we are still waiting on an extra bed from Michelle. The rooms needs cleaning, the bath in 53 needs scrubbing, the kitchenette cupboard need fixing, in other words, the place was run down.

I like the environment, the quietness, the pool etc...
I didn't like the fact that we had to wait half hour before getting some info. I believe if everyone works together it would be wonderfull.
