Wonderful
The Environment was scenic an awesome view of the city. The housing was clean, pool was relaxing, quiet my vacation was very serene. The housing was ideal because it was 5 minutes from the town center which was very easy for manoeving. I must salute Charmaine who has always been checking up on us to ensure that all well and going as plan. I would highly recommend this place for adventurers who want a serene play you will get value for your money and time spent..

On arrival we found the property clean and comfortable and the close/walkable proximity to town centre shops and the beach was a bonus—plus walking the slope/stairs to the apartment proved good exercise for us.
The property owner Charmaine was a very attentive host, extremely helpful with any queries, informative and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible—ready with activity ideas etc.

This was my family and I first visit to Jamaica. Prior, we spent weeks reading reviews about properties in the area but kept going back to Mystic Ridge Paradise since they have the best ratings in the area. We made the reservation after which, we contacted the host. Charmaine was and is exceptional! She responded to us at 1:00am that morning, expressing how thankful she was that we chose her place.
Charmaine maintained contact with us through out the weeks prior to our arrival. She even assisted us with getting transportation. She connected us with Jermaine who’s an extremely patient, pleasant, helpful and professional driver.
When we arrived at the apartment, it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is modern, cozy, extremely clean and just right for a family with small children. We really liked the open concept kitchen.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept really well during our stay.
We are truly grateful for your help, professionalism and care during our stay Charmaine. Please continue the great work that you and Lisa are doing to give guests wonderful experiences at your property. We will definitely visit Mystic Ridge Paradise again.

The location was great, walking distance to the beach. Host very responsive. Condo was mostly updated and comfortable. Set your expectations for a friend's home rather than a slick hotel sterile hotel. It was a great base camp to explore.

Charmain is a friendly host, who hosts a neat and clean and spacy appartment. It is situated on a nice and safe resort, with a large swimming pool. It is centrally located, near entertainment and recreation, like Dunn’s River Falls and the Jerk Center.

The apartment was great—perfect for a family with two children. It was conveniently located near local restaurants and the beach, making it a great base for visiting nearby attractions in Ocho Rios.
The communication with the owner was very good.
The swimming pool was large and almost empty, with a bar. It was accessible at any time, which was a big plus. While the beautiful beaches and the sea nearby are wonderful, children sometimes enjoy splashing in a pool, and this one was fantastic.
It will be useful to have a washing machine in the apartment, but I noticed it should be installed :). But it was possible to do washing in the Complex Mystic Ridge Paradise

The apartment is bright, spacious and well furnished. The property is conveniently located with well maintained with lush landscaping and the facilities included a nice pool and pool bar with friendly staff. Our host made everything as convenient as possible, including connecting us to very nice drivers on site available to hire.

The property was perfectly located as it was a short walk to the beach and restaurants in one direction and into the town in the opposite direction. The views down to the town and coast from the apartment is amazing.
There was nothing I disliked, the property exceeded my expectations. You do need to be fit though as there are a few steps to get into the apartment.

Mystic Ridge was perfectly located in Ocho Rios 5 minutes walk from the beach and supermarket but on the side of a mountain so great views. Chosen for its closeness to Dunns river and Mystic Mountain.

The host Charmain is very kind. She answers questions very quick and also provides tips for things to do in the neighborhood. The accommodation is even better than the pictures show. It’s very clean and the location is very good, everything is close by or walkable. We’ve had an amazing time! We would definitely recommend!
