Location of the unit. Safety is a concern and the fact there are multiple connecting rooms. The place looked dingy and dirty and the blinds were falling apart. Nothing there was up to any liveable standard. We value safety and security and that location was beyond unsafe with the bushes close by and unsecured broken windows.

The pool only…. I did not enjoy my stay as it was very uncomfortable and the facilities was very dirty and unprepared if I could upload photos I definitely would
The place was not clean and I can’t believe that the kitchen and the room is one

had a little trouble collecting or room key because the security had to call her and all that stuff he didn’t know who we were even though I tell him and showed him the email with our room number

The owner who I book it from does not respond to you when you have an issue. The people that was next to e was so loud at night and my 1yr old kept jumping and crying .

The location
*Water leakage in bathroom/ flooded 3X ( come to find out there was a small bucket under the cabinet
*Uncomfortable beds
*No Hot water in the beginning
*No Internet in the beginning
*Lizard feces in the window sills
*No wash cloths
*Kitchen sink leaking onto counter

Location is in the town
The room was disgusting, dirty and stink I use almost my whole bottle of cologne to try to freshen it up . The AC was stink and broken and dirty its disgusting! The shower water came up in the sink and start leaking out on the floor its just disgusting and dirty . Eewwww!

The pool facilities/ bar the location of the resort
One of the staff members was quite rude when we showed up, there was nothing on the booking that said cash only so when we arrived we had to go back out to get cash out for her, she seemed very annoyed by this

The location is good. Not much else to like... it was just... ok. Felt more like just a place to sleep
No front dest, just someone sitting on the wall, collecting CASH ONLY, and hand over keys and pount in the direction of the room.
Room was "ok" at best, Blinds don't work so I could darken my room in the night, property flood light right over my window.
It's an apartment complex basically, so expect that kind of atmosphere
