Location Location Location, Exceptional stay!
We stayed in a two-bedroom Apt with a private balcony overlooking the beach from the top level, and it was perfect! The view was stunning, and the suite had all the essential amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable — steps from the sand, restaurants, and shops. For the price, it’s truly a great bang for your buck. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Highly recommend Dunn's Apt Sandcastle Hotel for anyone looking for a getaway with great value and beautiful views!
The door needed a deadbolt from inside instead of a key.

We were unable to enter the room upon our arrival as the key was not available. We did not have access to the room until the following day . Only 2 towels were left in the room for us

Everything about the place was feed and the apartment was excellent. The A/C works, the appliances works, the place was clean. Will be coming back plus I'll be recommending this place to my friends.
Maintenance was hard to locate.

The location, as always, was a plus. The apartment is not too close to the pool, so it's very quiet. Music is played nightly by the poolside. The restaurant on site is a plus. The food was amazing.
Fistly upon check in the price quoted by booking.com is not what Mrs Dunn was resquesting. She wanted an extra $100us, which I was not going to pay. I did not find her welcoming upon arrival no greeting was given. We did nit realized she was over host.The rooms needed a deep clean, there were cigarette buts in the upstairs room, there was no mirrors apart from the one over the sink in the bathroom, the kitchen sink was leaking,and a few roachs came to visit. The issues with the bugs and the leaking sink were partly resolved by Mrs Dunn. With the current heatwave, the AC was not sufficient to cool the rooms as they were on two leavels, and I think the AC unit is incorrectly placed. It was an extremely hot and uncomfortable 3 nights. The appliances and the apartment itself need updating.

The location was perfect.
The apartment was filthy upon arrival. The ac, wifi, and TV did not work. I contacted the owner for 2 days and was ignored before reaching out to booking.com. the next day, the ac was fixed but nothing else. I've stayed in other apartments at sandcastles ( for the same price) and had a very pleasant experience. Please read the reviews and be cautious. The owner does not care about the property or the renters.

I did not like this apartment it had a funny smell, especially in the bathroom the water kept dripping the bathroom was very small this apartment needs renovation it is very outdated compared to the other apartments I stayed at this location

The location was excellent, right by the beach with beach access included in the price. Popular restaurants and hangouts nearby. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Kitchen appliances worked well. The ground were well kept and had a pool, restaurant and bar on site.

The rooms where great they where big and the beds where comfortable lots of pillows an towels witch was pluse for me the view was awsome the house keeper was very sweet
The staff was very rude the Manger over the facility was very rude yelling at my kids because they didn't have a band on witch non of us was aware of she called security on my kids without me being present all for a hand band that leave a bad taste the pool close at 6pm and open at 11am sometimes later witch was another bad taste the beach close at 5pm and full of green stuff witch feels disgusting overall the general Manger would be my reason for never going back she has no experience with customer service or how to treat guess
