The property was spotless and well-kept. The beach view was absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. I especially loved the picturesque surroundings and how comfortable the space felt.
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything went smoothly and met my expectations.

Nice property. Beautiful scenery and friendly and wonderful staff. Exceptional Customer service from the young lady at the front desk who checked me in. I don’t remember her name sadly.
The fact that I arrived late and didn’t get to use the pool. Also I wanted to take an early morning swim in the sea at about 5:30/6:00 AM and the gate was locked. Beach access was denied until about 8:30 AM when I was busy waiting for the laundry area to be opened.

Right front front of the public beach. If you are staying here you don't have to pay. Still you have to go through the security. They will give you a wrist band to enter. Its get crowded on the wkend with locals. Even though the property is beach front, you cant just walk there. You have to go around.
Just the fact I cant walk straight to the beach. There were other properties had direct access. Balcony doors were broken. Once you open, you couldn't close.

The apartment was nice and roomy, the bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Sandcastles is a great location right in the centre of Ocho Rios. Great Smart TV's and WiFI.
Housekeeping were able to provide missing cutlery plates and glasses and replaced non working TV. Provided a sheet to cover well worn sofa. Good quality towels provided.
Ugly sofa worn with cigarette burns. Pointless breakfast bar, uncomfortable, there is room for small round dining table and chairs and another 2 seater sofa. The pots and pans were not of high standard, cutting knives were not sharp. No tea towels were provided. The bar was dominated by weed smokers and very loud music, not a good look for young families. I found it very off putting. Seating was rusty, not enough nice seating around the pool. Access to the beach was limited, the gate to beach is locked, means you have to walk down to main entrance to queue up, part of the cost is to gain direct access. This was not good value for money. I have stayed at various apartments at Sandcastles all apartments are individually owned, I have been disappointed every time. I am used to high standard and this was not. I wont be staying at Sandcastles again.

Manager for the apartment was very helpful . Beautiful view, everything was working.
The loft was very low ceiling so it is only good for children ( until 1o 10 years old)

The apartment was nice and comfortable. The ACs worked well. The loft is warmer then the downstairs room, but if you run the AC it gets cool enough to sleep and there is another fan up there just in case. There were extra towels and the room had an ocean view!
Everything was great - no real complaints. The door stuck a bit, but no big deal.

Close to restaurants, shopping and attractions.
Toilet did not work the whole stay had to fill up a bucket to flush the toilet even after the toilet was fixed. The living room furniture was not comfortable to sit on. The couch was itchy had to put a sheet over it to sit down. The shower curtains were not clean. The front door made a lot of noise when you open and closed it. It was very hot upstairs in the loft bedroom. It was difficult opening up the balcony doors. Stains on the comforter in the main bedroom.
