The location was ideal as always. Specifically the room-the shower is rather small, barely enough room to turn from aide to side Othwrwise, a wonderful place to stay

Great location in the Sandcastles resort. So this is someone's condo inside the resort and the resort rents it out while the people are away. It’s on the main street very near the cruise terminal, many stores, restaurants and tourist traps.
The beach is a fenced out public beach but you get access for free with your resort bracelet. Unlike in Negril, you can't just wander to the beach at any hour.
The resort has a pool with a mini water slide and a bar with live music at night. It gets lively.
Since it's a condo, the wifi somes with the condo, it doesn't work in the full resort. The kitchen is equiped with a fridge and a stove.
I used the resort's laundry service, they were courteous and fast.
There was live music but sometimes it was pretty bad.
The shower faucet was dripping non stop.
Not many utensils in kitchen.

Clean, great location. Well-equipped for one or two people only. Comfy bed and two soft pillows, (I hate hard pillows ) !
Housekeeping didn't reply to calls so we didn't get clean towels or sheets for the duration of our stay.
No hot water but owner sorted it and the safe after several messages /calls!
Shower cubicle is tiny and I'm petite !

Check in was easy, check out was even easier. The pool was central and the location is walking distance to every where in ochi town. Beach is right there, food is on site, a lil pricey but you have to know where to go to eat outside the resort. I highly recommend
The pool closing at a certain time, I want to swim at night.
