The hotel room is very clean, the location is desirable, and the AC works well. The host tries really hard to accommodate the guest and make the stay as comfortable as possible.
There were some cosmetic concerns with bathroom. One, the bathtub looked unfinished. Two, the drywall in the ceiling needs repairing.

Great location
I booked 2 Months ahead and owner gave me the wrong unit I booked a balcony sea view and was given a studio apartment I was very disappointed, the owner gave me a 10 percent discount which was not enough due to the fact that we were in communication with each other prior to me checking in and I was not told ahead of time of the change of unit until I reached the property.

That I had somewhere to lay my head for rest.
There were no wash cloths, no floor mat in the bathroom for exiting the shower. I didn't realize that I would need to bring everything except for dry towels. The soap in the shower was in a dishwasher liquid bottle. No dust pan to sweep up the place.

The location and the beach.
The host was very disrespectful. And he needs to do alot of work in cleaning that whole entire apartment .It needs remodeling and construction. Base on the photos online is nothing compares to what I have seen in person. The whole entire apartment smells moldy . And not to mention you have to turn the AC off every time you leave so just imagine coming back to that smell once you entire the room ??‍?. See attached photos .Even the balcony curtains fell down lucky now one was passing under it ,thats a hit in the head. I'm very very disappointed with my stay ?

We liked the fact that the location was in the heart of all/most attraction areas which we did appreciate alot. We also love the fact that the place was very clean when we arrived.
We didn't like the fact that the internet was always in and out and the shower tap wasn't giving the maximum water capacity.

No air con in main living room and kitchen, asked for alternative accommodation or partial refund and was refused. How would you expect your guests to deal with no air con in jamaica ????See pictures for rest of stay.DO NOT BOOK HERE unbearable heat had to sit in bedroom to cool down ,facilities absolutely rubbish for price paid.
