Large apartment, with a comfortable kitchen (all required utensils), and a nice balcony.
The apartment is old and requires repairs. There was a window behind the bed that cannot be closed due to the rusted steel frame, wich make sleeping very uncomfortable (specially due to the wind weather). Also washing machine doesn't work. I wrote to the property but the guy didn't even answer. The location is OK if you want to go to doctors cave beach (the apartment is on front of the entrance) but that means you will have to pay 8 USD everything you want to go to the beach, and there is harmony beach that is free and is equally good 20 minutes walking.

The affordability, views & practicality ! Very close to everything central to ochi & negrill
The ac in the front room didn’t work but maintenance did come fix & blew perfectly. The beds were VERY uncomfortable you can feel springs . WiFi sucked. The unit under this One is also owned by the same one so I connected to that one& the WiFi was booming but it shouldn’t take all that.

This was a scam !!!! The property advertised and booked, was not the property we were provided. The apartment was straight out of HELL !!!!! It was extremely ran down and unkempt. We were greeted with a dirty door that opens into the most unsightly scene ( a nasty under sink with a huge gaping hole in the wall, a nasty looking bathroom, with a dirty mop bucket, unfinished walls, poor lighting......overall this place is suitable for a CRACKHEAD !!!!!! Nightmarish experience !!!!

This was not to expectation as advertised. The location was good for the beach but the property itself was in very bad condition.
The property was badly damaged and we were not advised of this. The bridge to the property was closed off and dangerous. There was no pool, no parking, no staff, no cleaning of the property, no hot water and only one working air conditioning unit for the entire apartment. There were no cleaning products.

I like the overall setup of the apartment. The view was beautiful.
The shower area was not entirely enclosed, causing water to splash onto the floor. So I had to dry up each time it's used, didn't like that, the shower head needs to be changed also, because of that, the water flow was off.

The location!!! Its walking distance to the beach, food, nightlife, the airport ...an ideal location!!
