I like the location of the property as it is in close proximity to the airport.
I did not like the room that was given as the view to the room walking in was facing a lot of debris. There is no desk or table in the room just a chair and fridge. the back door is not accessible to the pool area and the door is nailed shut with a gap where small animals can fit in. The TV does not work in the Wi-Fi is completely horrible. I could not even confirm my flight details from the room. I would give this room a two star because it was clean.
The breakfast options were very little, and the food was served cold .

The sea view was calming. It had access to boat rides The staff were amazingly attentive.

The location was fantastic. The next time I will join a day trip and go snorkeling. The breakfast was good, that increases the value of the stay coming closer but not quite there for the price a night. Please provide some more gluten free options! I have celiac disease and no choice in the matter of my diet. Thanks!
I had to ask for hand soap to wash my hands in the bathroom to be delivered. The staff was very nice and did so. Please make sure basic amenities are provided, especially for the price per night. A few more towels should be stocked in the rooms as well.

Not sure about the breakfast. She stated that they are understaffed, hence after waiting for over an hour on day one and day two we leave without placing a breakfast order. Day three they were out of eggs beacon and muffin
They only have sussage and toast. No fruits as well.
Our room were never cleaned the entire 4 nights that we were there. We had no towels even after going to the front desk and placed a request. We had to remove our own trash. Beautiful place but poor staffing.

The space n environment was clean and calming.
My recent stay at this property was unfortunately underwhelming due to several issues with the facilities and service. Many of the basic amenities were either non-functional or missing. For instance, the TV did not work and seemed in need of repair or an upgrade. The room phone was also down, which made it difficult to contact the front desk or obtain essential information. I had to walk to the lobby each time I needed assistance, often with no staff in sight.
The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and likely requires maintenance. Additionally, the hair dryer did not work, and there were no hand towels, hand soap, or any basic toiletries in the bathroom to help guests freshen up. The bathroom light was also broken, making the space hard to use.
One of the most disappointing aspects was the lack of staff presence. There was no one at the front desk during my stay, and at checkout, a ground staff member casually instructed me to leave the room key on the desk and exit.
While I understand that this is not an all-inclusive resort, I believe that, given the times we're living in, greater effort should be made to improve the guest experience and maintain at least the basic standards of hospitality.

The location is good.
The service for breakfast was appalling - it took half an hour to get the hot water jug refilled. The service took nearly 40 minutes after ordering.
The air conditioning unit made so much noise that it was impossible to sit on the balcony.
There were no chairs or table on the balcony - we had to ask for them to be supplied.
The lock on the 1st room didn't work. The lock on the second room had to be opened by a member of staff or we would have been locked out.
There was a 2 ft x 2ft hole in the bathroom ceiling.
There is constant "crap" music played on loudspeakers throughout the hotel all day long.
The cost of the hotel was exorbitant for the service provided - this is compared to 5 other hotels we stayed in Jamaica. We were overcharged by Booking.com compared to a direct booking with the hotel - despite a "Genius" benefit.
When we asked for a reduction for all the above, we were basically told to "get lost".
This hotel relies on the fact that it is the only one in the village - so uses that to hike the price.

The food and the staff. Also the location. It was very quiet. That's what I needed .
They need to do a little more cobwebbing, if there's such a word. Also the head boards are outdated. Behind it was filled with dust. You MUST clean behind them two or three times a year or change them.

It was close to the airport
There was nobody to check us in. So I was unable to use the services that I have paid for and was not able to stay in my booked room! There was zero communication from the hotel ahead of time despite me trying to get in touch to arrange an airport transfer. The hotel also failed to inform the security that there was a reservation for the evening and therefore no keys or instructions were left so after the check-in had closed was nobody to able to let me into my room. The facilities are basic at best. At night time there is no staff on site to provide support if there was to be an emergency or a guest need. I would describe this closer to a Motel than a Hotel.

Great location near the airport. The bar is where they filmed a scene from doctor no. The whole place clearly was a great hotel but hasn’t had much of an update in years. Still a decent stop for 1 night by the airport.
