The CHEF NEFF was great! He came out and checked on the guests and was sooo nice. JAY AND SHAUNA were great also. The tall young man at the bar makes a great drink! Cleaning staff Judith and the cleaning staff Trisha exceptional. CECIL has great customer service and the best person to meet and greet all guests! Micoh the manager made sure that all my requests were met from beginning to end!
The other staff at the bar/waitress Shenele I think her name was needs a serious attitude adjustment on team work and work ethics all she did was complicate and make things worse from her lack of effort to do things. The construction/renovation went from 6am till 10 pm even on the weekends. There needs to be a cut off time! Like 9am till 5pm so people in there room could enjoy thier stay. No clocks in the room and only one mirror in the bathroom found that odd and needs to an addition once renovated.

Comfortable bed. Aicon. Dockside bar.
Rooms were sparsely furnished and in need of repair. Port Royal town was also very run down but historically interesting.

The location is convenient close to the airport
Very basic room, no water, no fridge provided. WiFi only worked next to the window which made working bit inconvenient. Despite description mentioned pool/sea view, it was the parking lot. No blankets provided.

The breakfast was the same everyday and good. Being in Jamaica needs energy a ne the starter of the day is precisely the breakfast. I recommand the spare ribs with the corn cooked. The waiters are nice and the rooms cleaned.
Little bugs but the New team is going to take care about it.

We love the location and scenery. The staff is quite pleasant and professional. The environment is welcoming and comfortable. Love the floral arrangements. ****I really would love to return......with my experiences and expertise, I would love it if I could assist in making the property one that ALL would love to keep visiting for a day and more.
We did not enjoy breakfast as I was expecting a variety and not the same thing twice. There was no pastry, porridge, sandwiches, etc. The room was not prepared for my honeymoon AT ALL, the floor was dirty, there were no chairs or table, to make everything worse, my veil removed from room105 and then was told it was placed in the garbage. Not even a call to let me know I left it. This issue has caused me to pay for the veil when returning my gown and accessories.......I AM SO HURT. Last but not least, the area of sea that has the coloured lights, is a lovely area for swimming but needs to be cleaned, add more sand and a stretch of mesh along the base of the bridge to prevent the big fishes from entering. With that, and some big beach umbrellas, patrons would have a choice between the pool and the sea.

The location is perfect,the view around is exceptional.
The room was not clean, the bathroom bath was dirty,the toilet doesnt work,the Tv didnt work
The phone didnt work.
The breakfast was not good and not much to choose from.

The hotel was not crowded or very busy, so that made the experience even nicer. It was quiet and it felt like we had the place to ourselves.
I would suggest that they put something to hang towels on in the bathroom and to fix the ceiling in the bathroom that was leaking.

Scenery was beautiful
Rooms appeared under par for the amount of money paid , bedrooms infested with mosquito and biting insects, children woke up covered in bit e marks. Price also changed and went up by $120+/- when booking had been secured already online.Shower room flooding the hotel room.
