Booking is supposed to be 10: or 11 am. i reached there before 11 a.m., and I was told to check in and was told i wouldn't be able to assign a room until 3 pm. My Reservation did not set that.

Breakfast was amazing and so were the staff. From check in to check out everything went smoothly and Mr. Devon and Mr. Fitzroy as well as the stellar front desk staff were so warm and welcoming!

Great customer service amazing friendly and loving staff, very clean environment food was excellent. I loved the breakfast varieties and taste ? I would recommend anyone to stay at Terra Nova on any occasion, and i will definitely return, thanks guys for making my stay a remarkable one
My only issue was the television, trips in and out weren't able to watch, and the pillows I think need changing

Staff was very friendly and helpful with requests. Breakfast options were good. Location of hotel decent based on our planned activities. My kids enjoyed the fish pond and pool.
Took 30 minutes to check in due to reservation issues. Had to provide my credit card like three times after going to our room. Very annoying after almost 20 hours of travel! AC in the room was dripping right by the door, and they sent someone to "fix" but it started dripping again the next day. Took a long time to get anything we requested in our room, from an extra bath towel to a blanket. Fan in our bathroom didn't work. Walls are thin, but not surprising, given age of the property. Requested a quiet room and they put us by the staircase. Thoughtful.

I had a good short stay. I cannot complain as most things went well and the staff tried to be very helpful. The chef (Shelly) was superb! She really knows her art. And the waiters and waitresses were exceedingly polite and efficient. I think the work is difficult, but the staff always tried to be gracious.
Some of the family had a hard time with the guest services. Often resulting from communication issues. We brought a great deal of business to the hotel for a large event and not everything went smoothly. The Manager always tried her best however to ensure that help was provided.
