At Royalton Negril, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort, your all-in luxury starts in one of the Caribbean’s most beautiful settings. Love the spa. Especiallly the hydrotherapy experience and helpfulness of shakira spa receptionist. Enjoyed dining at the italian and Zen restaurants Shane and David was spectacular at the zen
Room was dirty and smelly. Front desk staff offered no assistance. Shower in the room was grimy and dirty first and second day had to use shower at spa. After shower was cleaned by housekeeping it flooded the room while using the rain shower.

The ambiance and how untwined the resort was with nature, strategically located.
The unprofessional conduct of one front desk staff on our check in that almost ruined our honeymoon. We requested another representative who was exceptional her name is Crisann ( who is in training for supervisor position.) . Who quickly did damage control which was exceptional she transformed a bad situation into a memorable one .

90% of Staff were friendly and courteous. Good night time and pool side entertainment from the vibes team. Lovely gym. The food was good and this hotel also caters to vegans and vegetarians at the buffet.
Booked an ocean view room but got garden. Queried it and was told that's what they had in the system as ocean view. We were relocated an hr later to a room with pool and partial ocean view. We were told that reservations weren't needed for some restaurants. On the night of our anniversary we showed up to Calypso and were told reservations are in fact needed. The host was kind enough to see if we could be accounted. A few minutes later we were seated however shortly after taking our orders the waitress returned and advised that the items weren't available so we left and dined at the buffet.

The food was exceptional, the beach and pool were clean, and the staff was always happy to help!
The TV was programmed to only display a few cable channels and the hotel's own programming. The app store was inaccessible, thus preventing us from accessing our streaming services when in our rooms. Quite a bummer. The sheets were also not the most breathable and caused heavy sweating even with the indoor temperature set to its coldest.

I like the the food and the ambiance the staff was ok.
The AC was malfunctioning in our room, even though maintenance came to look at it, it wasn't resolved. Because of this I didn't get to relax like I planned to the room was too hot.

Breakfast needed more options, the meals were average at best and were not flavorful or eye catching.
